Quick policies
Payment Payment is required upfront or through agreed milestones before work begins. Pay with PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
Chargebacks Chargebacks are not permitted once work begins. They end support, revisions, and future commission access; work-in-progress records are retained.
Cancellations Before work starts, refunds are discretionary. Once work starts, there are no refunds. If I cancel, refunds reflect the work completed. No communication for 14+ days may cancel a commission without refund.
Usage Commissions are for personal use by default: VRChat, personal streaming, and social posts. Commercial use, reselling, redistribution, or paid-product use must be agreed and priced before work begins. I may show completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
